The power usage of industrial department is 53% in Taiwan. Especial in the motor  which the usage occupied 68%. Many  factories with motors reduced the consume of energy and carbon emission and improved efficiency.

To respond the issue for Greenhouse gases and to fact the shortage power and the electricity prices rise, government not only encouraged various enterprise to update their equipment, IE4 motor in particular, also provided the subsidy plans of the public equipment.
